Will I be charged for shipping locally?

Local deliveries are subject to a Flat Rate fee of $3.50. Free local delivery automatically applies to orders over SGD 150, unless there are other ongoing sales. All local orders are shipped via J&T Express Courier Service. Your parcel should arrive within 1-5 days.

How do I track my parcel?
All parcels are trackable. We will provide you with the tracking number once the parcel has been arranged for delivery. You may wish to follow up with our trusted local courier J&T Express, or via the tracking url we will provide you with once the parcel has been shipped out.

When will my international shipment arrive?

International Express Shipping takes about 1-3 business days, while the Standard Line Haul Shipping takes typically about 6-9 business days to arrive, depending on your location and the speed of customs. Customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. (*do expect delays due to the COVID-19 Situation)
